先说结论：YoungMan，除非你非常懂英文风俗圈子，否则自己的取的英文名，在国内玩玩就行了。
吴溢洋，拼音 wu yiyang , 无论是w开头还是y开头，都挺往后的，而且以w,y开头的英文名本来就不多，你绝望吧。

- 正式的中文名英译就如同你的护照上那样写的，汉语拼音原文搬运即可，也是世界各国姓名翻译的通例，只要有字母表述的直接转写即可。
- 如果你出国或是有英语交流需要，拼音发音按英语习惯易读的和接近原音的就用拼音，至于xing这种难读的，fang这种意思不怎么样的，还是改成sing之类相近读音或是自行另起一个，在生活中比较方便也不容易尴尬。xing的血泪(笑)例子不少，比如被读成”克星“的，有位仁兄直接被喊成十字路口（Mr. Crossing，美语中xing可用于缩写crossing）。
知乎上另一个段子，有个汉子姓何（He），常被误读成he，还要解释是类似her的读音。介绍起来He is not he，he is Her。
如何给自己起个英文名字
一般来说，我们中国人的英文名字，并不是为中国人起的，而是为外国人起的，主要目的是在与外国人交往中，便于外国人记住自己的名字。
非英语国家的人到了美国，都可能改名，但没有改姓的。这关系到家族荣誉，将来还会关系到遗传基因。因此，无论自己的姓多么难读，都要坚持。常见有人起英文名时连姓也改了，如司徒健Ken Stone，肖燕Yan Shaw。下列英文姓尚可接受，但也最好不用，如：Young杨，Lee李。
中国人在起英文名字时，至少应当注意两点。
第一点是：最好选择一个“英美常用名字”，比如男的可以选Kenneth，女的可以选 Catherine，等等。如果您觉得Kenneth或Catherine太正规，您也可以采用它们的昵称，比如Ken或Cathy。国内的英语初学者，由于对英美文化了解不多，原则上最好不要自己创造英文名字。比如有一个朋友，英文名字是Gygo，很容易让人联想到gigolo（男妓）。
第二点是：一旦起了一个英文名字，就不要轻易更改。我有个同学，大学一年级时，英文名字叫John，三年级时，觉得John不好听，于是又改成 Tommy。两年就换一个名字，实在太快了，很不严肃，因此我一向不主张轻易更改自己的英文名字。
如何取合适又有个性的英文名字？
第一种方法是：起一个与中文名字“谐音”的英文名字。比如李梅，可以起May Li，“梅”与May正好谐音。下面是四个例子，您可以参考。许多《英汉词典》的附录部分，都有英文名字的列表，您可以根据您的名字的汉语发音，找一个大致“谐音”的英文名字。
不过这种方法有很大的局限性，大多数中文名字都没有谐音的英文名字，所以我们只能考虑另外两种方法。
1） 李梅 -- May Li
2） 张雷 -- Ray Zhang
3） 刘凯文 -- Kevin Liu
4） 吴大伟 -- David Wu
第二种方法是：根据英文名字的内在含义，选择一个您喜欢的英文名字。许多英文名字，来自希腊神话、罗马神话和《圣经》，因而具有某种内在含义。以下列出几个例子:
1） Andrew-- 表示刚强
2） Frank-- 表示自由
3） Catherine-- 表示纯洁
4） Helen-- 表示光明
第三种方法是：选择一个其它国家的名字，或者自己创造一个名字。比如我有一位澳门同学，她起了一个葡萄牙女孩的名字Emiliana，又比如我有一位上海网 友，她的英文名字叫Skila，是她自己创造的。这两个名字您可以试着念一念，真的很好听。不过在您决定自己创造一个名字时，最好向外国朋友咨询一下，以免您的名字中包含某种贬义。
我本人名字里有个lin字，所以英文名字就叫lynn，内在意思是湖边的木屋，内秀的感觉。
moon不是欧美的常用名字，但是你既然认为可以用moon，那想必你的名字是“月”，和月亮有关的名字有很多，比如Selina，phoebe，diana，luna，hecate。
和yue这个发音本身很相似的有yhurri啊，yolanda，yoyo啊这种名字。
或者完全可以根据你自己的信仰、品质、特征、爱好、喜欢的典故起一个名字。
